Shipping Information for EU Orders

Currently, all orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

• Orders under €150
  These will be shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), which means there will be no additional import charges or local VAT for you to pay upon delivery.

• Orders over €150
  These may be subject to import duties and/or local VAT when they arrive in your country. Any applicable charges will be collected by your local customs authorities.

Understanding your taxes

The price you see on the product page and at checkout are calculated based on your basket total and location.

Using a VPN can affect the accuracy of the pricing you see, if you would like to use a VPN with our site please connect to a server from your country of residence where possible.

The taxes you see will also change if your basket value exceeds €150, as we are currently unable to collect taxes for baskets over that value. These taxes will instead be collected on delivery in your home country.

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times can vary depending on your country’s customs process and any applicable checks.
