Shipping
All orders are sent fast and securely packed from Bristol, UK.
Shipping methods.
We offer both economy and express delivery options worldwide. We use a variety of couriers depending on your location. A typical Economy delivery uses Royal Mail 2nd class and our typical express service uses DPD or FedEx. If you have any questions about who we will use to ship your parcel please contact us with your delivery location.
UK Express and all worldwide services are tracked, you will receive tracking details with your despatch confirmation.
We ship books worldwide. If your location does not appear or you any have questions about shipping please contact us.
Please note we are unable to dispatch to PO Box addresses.
When will you dispatch my order?
Our usual shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday. If you urgently need your order we can arrange Wednesday and Thursday dispatch, please contact us to arrange this.
Shipping Costs
UK standard shipping is £4.95, free over £100.
Please note that orders over 2kg to Northern Ireland may attract a £3 surcharge, dependent on order value. We will contact you in the case of a surcharge being applied.
Worldwide shipping economy and express rates can be seen at our Shipping Rates page. Worldwide shipping is free on orders over £250.

How do you ensure against damage to books?
We take the utmost care packing each item securely to reach you safely; each book is wrapped in paper and bubble wrap before being placed in a specialist book postage sleeves or box for large orders. On the rare occasion items are received damaged please contact us for returns details.
Stock
Are all the photobooks new?
We deal in new titles and used rare photobooks. All used titles will include a condition note along with a description. For more information on the condition terms we use, check out this page on ABEBooks.com
Are all the titles in stock?
Unless you are placing a pre-order, titles marked in stock will be available. Very rarely, we will miscalculate available stock. If you purchase an item we do not have in stock you will be automatically refunded.
My Photobooks
Do you buy photobooks from private sellers?
No, RRB do not buy from private sellers.
What is my book worth?
We are unable to provide valuation advice for your books. We suggest using sites such as Vialibri.net.
Publishing
Will you publish my book?
RRB Photobooks is seeking book proposals from documentary photographers whose work will sit well within our existing catalogue. Please email submissions@rrbphotobooks.com. Please note we are unable to respond to all unsuccessful proposals
