Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@rrbphotobooks.com before sending any items back.
Faulty or damaged items are covered under your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is damaged in transit please contact us with photographs of the damage to packaging and item within 14 days of delivery. Manufacturing fault including binding and page defects occurring within 6 months of delivery please get in touch. We may request photographs alongside a fault claim. In the case of any faulty or damaged item we will arrange return postage on your behalf.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
